1 Validity period This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date mentioned above.
2 Delivery period The delivery period of 01 units is 30 to 45 working days after receiving the Purchase Order and base vehicle / chassis.
3 Force Majeure Force Majeure clause applicable.
4 Warranty One year warranty period is provided.
5 Payment 70% Advance payment, Remaining 30% at the time of delivery.
6 Tax Exemption Please note that we have withholding tax exemption available and can be provided upon request.
7 Others - Company is not liable to return the items and accessories uninstalled for the fabrication of vehicle.

 FABRICATION WITH EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES

01 WINDOW GLASSES • In the Patient compartment, 2/3 of glass of the windows will be frosted with
opaque sticker.
02 OUTSIDE DESIGN • Reflecting tapes and word “Ambulance” will be pasted on front and rear side of
the vehicle.
• Name of institution will be pasted on the right & left sides of vehicle
written/plotted with reflecting vinyl stickers.
03 FLOOR • Special hard points would be installed for installation of chair, cabinet and bench
etc.
• Water and termite proof Plywood of ½’’ inches thickness is laid on the floor of the
vehicle.
• The floor is carpeted with flexible, non-slip, water proof and washable special
Vinyl covering of at-least 2mm thick in a single piece with no joints.
• All side gaps are sealed with silicon.
04 PARTITION WALL • A partition made of Fiberglass is provided between the patient compartment and
driver cabin.
• A small window is given in between the driver and patient compartment with a
built-in place / Sliding Windows (in case of Hi Roof) with glass for communication.
05 CEILING SPOILER • The ceiling spoiler is made of ABS/ FG material with internal LED lights.
• One long grip handles along the length of ceiling made of SS pipe is provided.
• Option for holding two IV hooks with anti-swing belts will be provided.
06 ABS SHEETS ON SIDE • All side walls in patient compartment lining made of hard board is replaced with
WALLS washable disinfect able ABS sheets to ensure cleanliness.
07 UTILITY PANEL • It is made of water proof composite material on the right side dedicated O2 system
comprising of:
❖ Two oxygen outlets,
❖ O2 alarm system,
❖ One pressure gauge for line pressure.
❖ Touch panel switches for light and other operations are provided.
❖ All switches and sockets are of 12 V & 220 V, having 220 V inverter at the Back.
08 ELECTRICAL WIRING • All electrical wiring of ambulatory compartment is done according to the wiring
harness system
• A separate fuse box for each operation is provided.
• All wires would be of fire retardant and high temperature resistant material.
• There is a separate maintenance-free battery of 40 amps for ambulatory
compartment which is charged through the vehicle generator.
• There is a 220 volts inlet and outlet sockets for outside source volts.
09 ATTENDANT BENCH • Open able Fibre Glass Attendant Bench is provided at the left side of the rear cabin,
(3-4 PERSONS) which can be used as a storage box.
• It is layered with 3” special die moulded polyurethane foam as used in automobile
seats with approximate 16” width

10 EMT SEAT • One revolving EMT seat fixed to the floor of the vehicle, at the head end of patient
is provided.
• It is equipped with waist seat belt.
• Covered with best quality artificial leather/ fabric.

11 MEDICAL CABINET • The medical cabinet provided is made of high quality non-staining scratch
Resistant, rust proof, water proof fibre board material.
• All front doors & drawers are provided with double side finish and self-retaining
recessed handles.
• All doors have self-closable surface hinges.

Cabinet Comprises of three sections.

1. Oxygen Section: -
❖ To accommodate two M.F size O2 cylinders, double steel brackets with rubber
padding are provided. An internal light with a door switch is provided. Floor of
cabinet matted with vinyl flooring.
2. Wash Basin:
❖ Integrated wash basin with water tap and water reservoir with electric water pump
and electric switch for Tap is provided.
3. Drawers Section: -
❖ Comprises of 3 to 4 drawers. All drawers made of composite material board. All
drawers are provided with special self-closing & self-retaining catcher handle lock
system which is not self-open-able during emergency driving.
12 OXYGEN SUPPLY • Brand new imported oxygen cylinders of approximately 10 Litters capacity duly
SYSTEM tested and filled by approved company with imported changeover system are
provided.
• Oxygen supply hose used is made of reinforced plastics to retain its flexibility in
cold & is un-crack able in heat with brass sockets and connectors.
• Imported pressure regulator for oxygen cylinders are used. Oxygen would be
delivered through two BS outlets on the panel and one flow meter will be provided.
13 WARNING LIGHTS AND • Standard flasher type (imported) horizontal red & blue emergency light / LED Flash
PA SYSTEM Light will be provided/
• 100watt PA system with siren/hooter system at least 100watt output is provided.
• All external and internal lighting are LED’s.

14 CAUTION & WARNING • Provision of Various Caution & Warning Stricker conspicuously placed in Driver and
STRICKER Patient compartment.

LOADING STRETCHER wheels and adjustable head section. The mattress should be 2” thick with best quality
foam, upholstered with best quality washable PVC coated Rexene with pillow with two
safety Belts and two side guards. Approx. size 6’ 3” x 1’ 9” (L x W) with 3’ Ht. In standing
position and 1’ Ht. in collapsible position. Locking system for stretcher at front and right
side of the stretcher and S.S. sheet on the floor under his stretcher. Detachable IV rod with
the stretcher.
04 TRAUMA FIRST AID One first aid bag made of strong, water resistant, PVC coated
BAG washable red parachute cloth with yellow reflective strips on
it with appropriate placement for and including the following
items:

10 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS • 6 Kg Dry Chemical Powder type fire extinguisher is provided which is fixed with
bracket to the wall
11 TRASH BOX • A Stainless-steel trash box with 6-8 litters’ capacity is provided which is attached to
the floor.
