Nayerlis: *super! Let me introduce myself, my name is Nayerlis Perez, I am in charge of conducting
the interviews.

-Nice to meet you, my name is Yarledis Hernández.

Nayerlis: *well yarledis, tell me a little about yourself

- my name is yarledis Hernández, I am from Lorica Córdoba, I am 21 years old, I live with my
parents and siblings

Nayerlis: *very good, how many people depend on you?

-my parents

Nayerlis: *now we will start with related questions about your studies.

-I'm ready

Nayerlis: *Well, what are your studies?

-I am an administrator in finance and international business, with a specialization in public finance,

a master's degree in international business and I aspire to continue my studies.

Nayerlis: *what are your experiences?

-I have worked at Banco de Bogota as a branch manager for 2 years

Nayerlis: * what are your strenghts and weaknesses?

- I am capable of performing any task, I have a good attitude, I adapt quickly and I consider that I
have no weakness.

Nayerlis: *Why should we hire you?

-It has always been my dream to work in the best bank in Colombia, and I know that I will be a
person who can contribute a lot

Nayerlis: * what do you know about us?

-they are a bank that offers opportunities, competitive in the market, with great capabilities

Nayerlis: *because you think you are a good candidate?

-I am a good candidate and not because of my studies, but because of my talents and abilities that
if they give me the opportunity they will realize.

Nayerlis: You haven't worked for several months, what have you done in this time?
- I have dedicated myself to continue studying, reading about what happens every day on the
markets, I collaborated on a large project on public bonds.

Nayerlis: * What makes you different from other candidates?

-We all have different capacities, but I feel that I am different in the way I spend, handle situations
and be able to solve any complication
