1 How to Download the Fusion5 Mobile Device
Management Profile (for iOS)

Please make sure you proceed to the final step

1.1 Download the Company Portal App from the App Store

1. Open ‘App Store’

2. Press the Search Button
3. Type ‘Company Portal’
4. Press ‘Get’ or the Icon indicated in the Image below

1.2 Installing the management profile

1. Once the App is downloaded, open the ‘Company Portal’ application and select your
Fusion5 account

 2. Select ‘Devices’ 3. Select the top device (The one currently in use)

4. Select ‘Begin Setup’

5. Sign in using Fusion5 Microsoft credentials (If required)

 6. Once you’ve finished signing in, you’ll be sent back to the Company Portal App
where you need to follow these prompts:

 1. Go back to the Home Screen and find ‘Settings’
2. Find ‘General’
3. Select ‘VPN and Management’
4. Select ‘Management Profile’
5. Press ‘Install’
6. Enter your iPhone Passcode
7. Press ‘Install’ and then ‘Trust’
8. Go back into the ‘Company Portal’ App and press ‘Yes, I Installed the Profile’

9. Finally press ‘Install’

After following these steps, you should be sent back to the Home Screen and be
prompted with a few messages to ‘Install’ or ‘Manage’ – please select either ‘Install’
or ‘Manage’ on all the notifications, as shown below

1.3 Sign into Microsoft Defender
1. Open ‘Microsoft Defender’
2. Enter credentials (If required)
3. Follow the prompts until you see the below

4. Final step - your device is now enrolled in Microsoft Intune
