50KW generator MA Auto-calibration method

New version of generator has upgraded to auto calibration which does not conflict with calibrate
manually. The step as follow:
Dial switch function from HTCPU Board
SW-1 System congigutation
SW-2 Tube 1 (Fluoroscopy tube) radiography filament calibration
SW-3 Tube 1 (Fluoroscopy tube) fluoroscopy filament calibration
SW-4 Tube 2 (Radiography tube) radiography filament calibration
SW-5 Auto calibration switch
SW-6 MS range selection
SW-7 Filament value auto calculation
SW-8 No-load testing (do not check the filament)

1. Tube 2 radiography MA auto calibration ( SW1-4 & SW1-5 to ON at the same time)
(1). After confirm MA calibration be ready (Tube configuration, tube rotating voltage adjustment,
filament warming test, KV veracity adjustment), put dial switch SW1-4 and SW1-5 to ON at the same
time. Connect Oscilloscope to test point MA and KVP ( For checking only during calibration).
(2). Start generator, start 50KW generator service application. Select 45KV/25ma/20ms to
exposure. Press hand 1 and longer press hand 2 (Do not relax hand 2 during calibration). At this
time, please observe the PC service application.
a、The filament value will increases regularly from 1000.
b、During mA calibration, auto calibration rang is same as manual calibration. The sequence as
follow: 45kV/25mA to 45kV/630mA，70kV/630mA，85kV/25mA to 85kV/500mA，100kV/500mA，
110kV/400mA（or 120kV/400mA），125kV/25mA to 125kV/320mA，140kV/320mA，150kV/25mA
to 150kV/250mA(or 150kV/320mA)。The PC APP will display the mA rang synchronously during
calibration. TmA is the true MA value.
c、When PC service APP display 150kV/250mA（or 150kV/320mA），and no more exposure
within 5 s ( no exposure sound), it means the calibration is done. You can relax hand switch

now. Put SW1-7 to ON until filament value calculate complete. After that, put SW1-7 & SW1-5
to OFF. At this time, the MA auto calibration is done. You can take some exposure to check the
veracity of mA via OSC. After Ma checking, put SW1-4 to OFF also.
For radiography mA auto calibration, please pay attention to some point as follow:
(1)、mA sampling rate change to: bellow 50mA 1V＝10mA，over 63mA 1V＝100mA。
For example : 63mA- 0.63V on OSC.
(2) 、If relax the hand swith duing calibration due to some error or something wrong, please
obsove the expousre parameter and follow the below methode :
a、If does not finish 45KV and 70KV range, you need to select 45KV/25MA to recalibrate from
beginning.
b、If you have calibrate to 85KV/25ma, you need to select 85KV/25ma to continue calibration.
c、If you have calibrate to 125KV/25ma, you need to select 125KV/25ma to continue calibration.
d、If you have calibrate to 150KV/25ma, you need to select 150KV/25ma to continue calibration.
e、If there is calculation error when you put SW1-7 to ON, it means there is some filament value
is wrong. You need to check it one by one to find the wrong value.
