HR RULES AND RESPONESIBILITY

1. Whether you work or not, you should do clock in and clock out every day in Bitrix24. If you don’t
do this in 3 days you will be received a warning letter from Geo Tek Inc.

2. You have to update your daily work report in Team B (HR) Interns excel sheet. In this excel file, 4
sheets are included (HR Team B Interns, Attendance, Weekly Report, and Detailed Information

Steps of the Hiring Interns

1. First, Post a job via Linkedln.

2. Second, screened CVs who are applied your job post.

3. Then sent them a questionnaire via Outlook Mail.

4. Scheduling time for interview when you receive the questionnaire from the candidate.

5. After interview you have to send a written test via outlook mail. (unless it is an
HR/Chinese/Graphics Design Intern.)

6. After receiving the written test you have to send feedback about the detail of the
candidate in Bitrix “Workgroup: HR – Bangladesh”. Demo Picture:

8. Remember when you give the feedback in this Workgroup: HR – Bangladesh chat to have
mention Amelia Nasir First then paste your candidate Feedback.

9. Then a few days later your candidate received an offer letter from Geo Tek. Now the
question is how I know that Geo Tek sends the offer letter. So, you have to check the
bitrix chat, and also Amelia mentions your name when she sends the offer letter to your

10. Then your candidate sends back to mail with an agreement letter.

11. When you receive the agreement letter then you have to send about the detail of the
candidate in Bitrix “Credentials-HR Bangladesh” chat. Like this
12. Two days later, Amelia sent the bitrix invitation to your candidate.

13. Then you open an introductory chat where you have to follow some rules
 First, when you create a private chat as an introductory chat first invite your TL
and ATL.
 While creating an Introductory chat, kindly use the following format.
(Intern Name) (Position applied) (Country)- Introductory Chat Like [ (Ummana
Islam) (HR Intern/Social Intern/ etc) (Bangladesh)- Introductory Chat]

 Then write a message like this “Hello team, XYZ is joining GAO Tek as an HR/
Social Media / Digital Marketing Intern”.

 Write the information of candidate like this:

 Then upload all documents of candidate such as Candidate cv, questionnaire,


written test, and agreement letter in this chat.

 Then invite 5 people:

5. Newly onboarded Intern
6. Rosie Gayen ( When the candidate is an HR Intern)
