So dito po sa number one na moral issue, is parang nagkakaroon ng argument about

virtue.. ang virtue ba ay itinuturo o kusang nakukuha ng isang tao? siyempre,

teachers are those people who are expected by the society to be a a role model that
can influence their learners to acquire values through character education,
however, yung mga virtue ay hindi ahm fully nadedevelop just by lecturing or just
by pagtuturo, kadalasan, it is developed or natututunan sa pamumuhay ng isang tao.
halimbawa, rule ng isang teacher na hindi pede malate a klase, so yung virtue na
yun ay natutunan ng isang estudyante kahit hindi yun dumaan by lecturing, and when
you believe on that idea, maiisip mo na may mga bagay na naadapt talaga ng isang
tao, kahit hindi mo naman itnuro, parang its a matter of perosnal choice because
they believe na it is a moral. however, most arguments contend that virtue is both
taught and caught. so, in teaching profession, virtue is both taught and caught.

2. so, this is also a moral issue in taeching. so kahit yung mga teachers ay guided
na ng mga references and guidelines, it is still a matter of moral decision for
teachers na alamin kung alin bang mga topic ang kailangang bigyan ng mas malaking
importansya.. so diba as a teacher, kailngan mong alamin kung ano ano ba yung mg
topic na merong mga essential knowledge or skills na dapat mas mamaster ng
estudyante because kailangan nila in real life. so in this case, teachers make
valuation of the topics they teach based on their significance in the life of the
learners.

3. so dito naman sa number three, sinasabi na a teacher and a laearner should have
a strong connection. When the learner likes his/her teacher, mas nakakapag focus
siya ng mabuti kasi komportable siya sa teacher, and a teacher when he/she is
respected and loved by his learners, mas naiinspire dn siya magturo, but here, the
need to put a gap between the personal and professional relationship is the matter
of moral decision of teachers.
