I am the buyer of the heirs of Eugenio Berdon, who is the lawful owner of the parcel of land
designated as Cadastral Lot No. 1331-B-Part located at Babag, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu with
an area of Nine Hundred Thirty-Five square meters (935 sqm) covered by Tax Declaration
No. 003-11952.
A transfer has been made in relation to said property and we are about to register the same
with the Registry of Deeds of Lapu-Lapu City.
As such, I respectfully request from your good office the issuance of a Certification of No
pending case in relation to Lot No. 1331-B-Part located at Babag, Lapu-Lapu City.
The undersigned hereby warrants that any liability that may arise as a consequence thereof
will be to my responsibility, thereby relieving the Office of the City Assessor from any
liability and the undersigned gives full authority to the Assessor through this letter the
power to cancel the tax declaration by virtue thereof in the event that this issuance is in
conflict with existing rules, subject to proper notice.
