DENATURATION TEST
OBSERVATION:
egg white with vinegar on top (Cup 1): as I added the vinegar on top of the egg
white I noticed the mixture becomes cloudy/ it forms a cloudlike appearance
inside the cup
egg white with lemon juice on top (Cup 2): the result of adding lemon juice unto
the egg white is similarly the same result to the vinegar as it also formed a cloudy
appearance but this time it is more noticeable/big and has a formation of bubbles
egg white with distilled water on top (Cup 3): unlike the previous substances this
one doesn’t have much changes it remains on its liquid form, but I set it aside for
about a day and noticed that there is a formation of white thing on web like
structure inside the cup.
egg white with baking soda on top (Cup 4): there’s bubbling occurs when the
baking soda meets the egg white assuming that it is the reaction of the substance
when in contact

CONCLUSION:
in conclusion this test/experiment demonstrates the essential part or importance
of chemical compositions in finding out its equal chemical reaction in having
contact on the egg whites thus base on the above mentioned observations having
an acidic element makes a big change to the mixture or has a much noticeable
reaction when added on top of the egg whites, on the other hand neutral
substances such as distilled water and baking soda do not have much changes to
its mixture compare to lemon juice and vinegar and has seen less reaction when
added.
