1. Boot-up problems

2. Specific Errors
2.1 IPC 1500

2.1.1 Unplanned System Shutdown Issues

2.1.3 Image Issues B395

Bad or no image after Part-Replacement (IPC1500/B395):


• review the connections to B395
• PAL/NTSC-Jumper Setting correct? (see green box)
• Analog/Digital Setting correct (See orange box)

SN lower 10.000: Jumper is not installed (2nd Ed)


SN higher 10.000: Jumper is installed (3rd Ed)

After X-ray exposure, system shows Check log file for frame grabber init

2.2 IPC 2100

2.2.1 Restore Issue


! Be sure to choose the correct Image!

For IPC 2100:

After restoring Image, Camera


Proper check of SN- > without A? If Yes,

2.3 IPC 2200

2.3.1 Restore Image


! Be sure to choose the correct Image!

For IPC 2200:

After restoring Image, System is


not running correctly, Proper check of SN- > with A? If Yes,
B768 is not found and written wrong image was restored. ‘Restore
Text is replaced by ‘@@@’. complete hard disk’ <-> Serial with ‘A’
Watchdog is not reacting.
