    Rent (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (No. 1)

    IT is hereby notified that the Minister of National Housing


    and Social Amenities has, in terms of section 24 of the Housing and
    Building Act [Chapter 22:07], made the following regulations:—
    1. These regulations may be cited as the Rent (Amendment)
    Regulations, 2023 (No. 1).
    2. The Rent Regulations, 2007, published in Statutory Instrument
    32 of 2007, are amended by the repeal of the Second Schedule and
    the substitution of—
    “Second Schedule
    FEES

    Item Proposed fee ZWL$


    Informal hearing 500,00
    Formal hearing 1 000,00
    Chairman’s report 1 000,00
    Replacement copy of ejectment certificate 1 000,00”.
