The cost of the T-shirt will be paid first by BUACS and each school shall refund later as what has been done on the last three gatherings. 5) For facility in the Registration of Participants, each school shall prepare beforehand the list of their personnel- participants and will just submit this in the registration area. As in the previous celebrations, each school shall prepare their own IDs using the color assigned to each cluster. The assigned colors for each cluster: Malaybalay (yellow); Valencia (Blue); Maramag (Green); Don Carlos (Pink); and IP Cluster (Red). 6) To make the celebration festive, meaningful and memorable, the following are the guidelines for the presentations: 6.1) The presentations are not for competition but to portray the Philippine Synodal themes and images for us to dwell on our task of forming ourselves and our learners, students and stakeholders to become synodal persons. 6.2) Each cluster shall portray the theme or image of the synod and dramatize a particular gospel passage. In the act of portrayal & dramatization, there is no need to use images or statues but persons with costumes are allowed. 6.3) Each Cluster is given a total of twenty (20) minutes to be able to present the theme and the gospel portrayed. 6.4) Music may be used and each presentation must be ended with a mass dance where all the cluster personnel should participate (nobody is exempted). This means that the stepping of the mass dance must be simple and easy for all to follow. 6.5) Each Cluster shall decide which school shall do the portrayal and dramatization for facility in the practices. 6.6) The whole presentation shall be done at the stage (for the main performers) and at the center of the gymnasium (for all the cluster personnel to participate in the mass dance). Let us show our craftmanship, ingenuity and creativity. 7) The following are the Colors, Themes and Gospel passages to be portrayed by each Cluster: Clusters: Malaybalay Valencia Maramag Don Carlos Indigenous Peoples Theme: Pagkakakilanlan Pagsalubong Salubongan Pasalubong Pagsasabuhay sa Kultura (Intimacy-Identity) (Communion) (Participation) (Mission) (Inculturation) Colors for Props: white & yellow white & blue white & green white & pink white & red Gospel Passage: John 20:11-18 Luke 24:36-43 Luke 24:13-27 Luke 24:28-35 Acts 2:1-4 (Note: All personnel from each cluster who possesses an indigenous blood of Bukidnon in his/her ancestors are asked to join the IP Cluster during the mass dance at the center.
