PART I: True or False

1. Art is something that is perennially around us.


2. The word “art” comes from the ancient Greek “artes” which means a “craft or specialized form of
skill, like carpentry or smiting or surgery”.
3. The Ancient World did not have any conceived notion of art in the same way that we do now.

5. Humanities and the art have never been part of man’s growth and civilization.
