Subject: Postponement of PA-2, UT-2 & Suspension of Academic Activities in Physical Mode
on December 22, 2022 due to the Bad Weather Forecast

Dear Parents and Students,

In view of the Ministry of Education's directives about the bad weather forecast and based on the reports
received from the National Center of Meteorology about the expected rainy weather on Thursday,
December 22, 2022 and in order to ensure the safety of children, it has been decided to postpone the Unit
Test-2 and Periodic Assessment-2 scheduled on Thursday, December 22, 2022 to Monday, January 9, 2023
as per the planned schedule.

However, the online classes for KG to XII, as per the timetable already shared with the students, will be
conducted on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

The Administrative Office and Fee Counter will remain operational if there is no rain and the weather is
normal.
