Subject: Suspension of Academic Activities in Physical Mode on October 29, 2023

due to the Bad Weather Forecast

Dear Parents and Students,

In view of the Ministry of Education's directives about the bad weather forecast and based on the reports
received from the National Center of Meteorology about the expected rainy weather on Sunday, October
29, 2023 and in order to ensure the safety of children, it has been decided to suspend academic activities
on October 29, 2023 (Sunday) in physical mode.

However, the online classes for KG to XII will continue as per the time schedule to be shared by the
concerned HMs.

The Administrative Office and Fee Counter will remain operational if there is no rain and the weather is
normal.

All additional scholastic & co-scholastic activities scheduled on Sunday, October 29, 2023 will be taken up
at a later date.
