    Subject: For Seasonal Influenza (Flu) Vaccination

    Dear Parents (Grade VI to X – Boys’ Section)

    IIS, Jeddah has planned to organize a free-of-charge Seasonal Influenza (Flu) Vaccination Camp with the
    support of Naseem Jeddah Medical Centre for the students of Grade VI to X – Boys’ Section building on
    Monday, December 12, 2022 during working hours.

    A separate Google Form is being shared to all the concerned parents to express their willingness. The
    parents who will fill up the Google Form are required to sign a Consent Form to be made available through
    their wards along with a copy of student’s Iqama with mobile number.

    Only 600 students will be vaccinated now and the rest of the students will be covered in phased manner.
