Hello, Good Afternoon everyone

I am jahanzaib ashraf from Pakistan. I have completed my bachelor’s degree in food science and
technology from university of agriculture Faisalabad with flying colors and awarded with bronze medal
owing to highest academic achievements. I served as cold storage quality executive intern in PepsiCo
Frito-Lays Pakistan that uplifted my analytical and technical skills in food quality system. I have two
another’s internships in my credentials, one is virtual internship from halal research council and other
one is in kitchen cousine a flight catering company. Now I just have completed my master degree in food
technology and my master project was” Development and optimization of multigrain high fiber noodles”
for the prevention of non-communicable diseases like diabetes, colon cancers, and gastrointestinal
diseases.

To further challenge my intellectual and interpersonal skills I had taken part in food product
development competition at university level and secured 2 nd position. To polish my research ability,
interpersonal and organizational skills I have taken different courses, seminars, workshops and trainings,
including ten days training on Advanced Analytical Techniques for Food Safety Measures in Pakistan
from NIAB. I also have completed two days international training on paper and patent writing. Frequent
scientific reports writing and current involvement in two research papers write-up as co-author also
enhanced my scientific writing skills. I always engage myself in social services like currently working as
active member of child labor eradication program in Faisalabad Pakistan.
