Introduction
Introduction
The 2023 AGMs for the German Swiss International School Association and Foundation
will be held online through the LUMI platform on Thursday, 9th March 2023, starting at
7pm with the Association AGM followed by the Foundation AGM at around 7.30pm,
after a brief recess.

Before the AGMs you will be able to

ü Pre-vote on all resolutions and elect/re-elect candidates
ü View/Download all relevant AGM documents
During the AGMs you will be able to
ü Watch the live streaming of the AGMs
ü Ask questions
ü Access relevant AGM documents
ü Vote live on all resolutions through LUMI’s secure and independent remote electronic
voting system, widely used by international organisations and listed companies.
 Good Internet Connection Computer/Tablet/Mobile

Joining the platform
Email with login credentials
1. On Wednesday, 15th February 2023, you
will receive an email from LUMI with your
personal and unique login credentials for
The GSIS Association AGM and/or The
GSIS Foundation AGM.

2. Your login credentials include:

- Meeting URL
- Meeting ID
- Your unique username
- Your unique password
Access the platform
3. Open another browser, go to
https://web.lumiagm.com

4. Enter the Meeting ID as shown in your

email from LUMI.
5. Enter your username and password as
shown in the email from LUMI
Pre-voting
starting Wednesday, 15 February until
Wednesday, 8 March 2023 (24 hours before AGM)

6. You will be able to submit your votes before the
AGM through the LUMI voting platform. After
accessing the platform, please click on the VOTING
tab in the middle to cast your votes.
IMPORTANT: Your pre-vote is secure,
confidential and stored only on the LUMI
server. Pre-votes will be automatically
added to the votes during the AGM.
7. Follow the instructions at the top of the pre-voting
form. Simply click your desired selection and click
SUBMIT button at the bottom to validate your votes.
8. You can submit your vote until 24hrs before the
AGM. Your pre-votes will automatically be carried
over at the AGM unless you cast live votes during
the online AGM.

9. On the AGM day, you can log in to the platform using the exact username and password sent to you
by email on 15 February 2023.
10. By joining the AGM virtually, you will be able to follow the live streaming of the AGM, ask questions,
vote live on resolutions and access relevant documents.

11. Live streaming will automatically open on the right side of your screen if you join the platform from
a desktop/laptop device. You can click on the top right icon to put the broadcast on full screen.
12. If you join from a mobile phone or tablet you will have to click on the Broadcast icon at the bottom
in order to watch the streaming.
Q & A - Messaging

13. Q&A will be available during the AGM. To ask your question, please click on the MESSAGING tab on
top, type your question and hit the submit arrow.
Voting

14. Live VOTING will be available during the AGM. To cast your votes please click on the VOTING tab
and select your choices. IMPORTANT: Any of your pre-votes will be automatically revoked if you
also vote live during the AGM.

15. You can access the AGM documents by clicking on the DOCUMENT tab on the top-right of your
screen.
