The NACOTACS Election Committee has adopted the electronic or online voting
system for the upcoming NACOTACS Election. The Election will hold on Monday
May 29th 2023. The information below is a guide to how voting will be done.

1. A virtual link will be created and dropped on all the WhatsApp platforms that host
all members of the Cooperative in their respective location.
2. Members are to log in at the designated time and open the link and vote for
candidates of their choice. Please note all field must be selected during voting to
enable voter submit their votes.
3. Members are advised to have an operational email account as the voting forms
has been designed on google sheet. For those of us using our android phones we
already have a Gmail.
4. Voting will commence from 9:00am – 2:00 pm to allow every member vote after
which voting will stop and result collation will begin.
5. For members who are not on the WhatsApp platform kindly join that of your
business hub or region before the day of the election.
6. For those using their computer system kindly log on to your google meet app with
the meeting ID mts-ogro-riz and open the chat box and click on the voting link and
vote.
7. If you do not have the google meet app kindly download from the web or play
store.
8. All forms of Campaign will end on Sunday 28th May 2023 9:00am.

NB: Election result will be announced on the same day and certificate issued at the AGM .
