AFFIDAVIT OF DISINTERESTED PARTIES

We, whose names are listed below, all of legal age, and we are residents of Barangay
Barigon, Agoncillo Batangas after having been sworn to in accordance with the law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. We are the neighbors of the family of the late Miguel Magnaye, who is in
possession of a parcel of land located at Barangay Barigon, Agoncillo, Batangas with an
area of 16 hectares, more or less, and covered by Tax Declaration No. ____________.

2. That we are not interested in the subject property and we are not claiming any
rights over it.

3. That we have personal knowledge of the fact that Magnaye Family has been in
possession of the said property for more than 80 years.

4. That we have personal knowledge of the fact that Magnaye Family has been
cultivating the said property for more than 80 years.

5. That we have personal knowledge of the fact that the registered owner of the
said property, Maria Vergara, is already deceased, and to the best of our knowledge,
there is no other person who has a claim over the said property.

6. That we are willing to testify in court to support the contents of this Affidavit.

4. Na may personal na kaalaman ako na ang nakarehistrong may-ari ng nasabing

lupa, Maria Vergara, ay patay na, at sa pinakamabuting aking kaalaman, walang
ibang tao na may kahilingan sa nasabing lupa.
