Client: Good morning. I'd like to stay in a single room for three nights, please. Do you have any
vacancies?
R: Yes sir, we have several single rooms available for you on the 5th, 7th and 9th floors. It costs
130 dollars per night. What floor do you prefer?
C: It really does not matter. Let it be the 5th floor What facilities can I have at your hotel?
R: Well. We have free internet in each room, a complete gym and excellent swimming pool. Is
that can be interesting for you?
C: Yes, I’d like to visit a gym and the swimming pool. What time do they start working?
R: They start working at 7 a.m. and finishes at 11 p.m.
C: Great. How much does it cost?
R: 20 Dollars per one visit. If you need an instructor, it will cost some extra money
C: All right. Thanks. And do you have a restaurant?
R: Sure. We have two restaurants. The first one is on the ground floor and the second one with
a terrace is on the 10th floor
C: Very good. I would like to make a reservation for one table at a restaurant with a terrace at 8
p.m. today

R: Ok. Here is your restaurant confirmation. And here is your room key. Your room number is
502. Anything else for you?
C: Please, ask the porter to bring my baggage into my room
