Vertical cylindrical vessels designed as


mobile units. Each vessel is designed individ-
ually, according to customer’s requirements,
applied technology and the process as such.
We manufacture vessels for the use under at-
mospheric pressure and pressurised vessels
in the pressure range from –1 to 10 bar.
Vessels can be equipped with cooling /

Standing cylindrical vessel with torispherical bottoms. The vessel is equi-
pped with half pipe coil. The cooling surface is covered with insulation
(mineral wool) and insulation casing. The tank is designed according
to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC and the AD 2000
Merkblatt. The vessel is used for the preparation of buffer.
WFI and certain ingredient are mixed with a magnetic agitator to a media
solution, which is later filled in single use bags.

Standing cylindrical vessel with torispherical bottoms, suitable for use
under atmospheric pressure. Tank jacket and bottom are covered with
insulation (mineral wool) and insulation casing. The bottom of insulating
casing is cone-shaped. The vessel is equipped with connections for CIP
washing. The vessel can be used in CIP Skids, which provide cleaning
solution and WFI for the Upstream and Downstream Process. In this vessel
there will be prepared and stored CIP solutions (either acid or caustic).

Description of the project


Planning, manufacture and partial installation of vessel equipment for
PORT1.
The pharmaceutical plant PORT1 in Mengeš (Slovenia) is a biopharmace-
utical development centre. This biopharmaceutical plant is an important
technical, technological and engineering achievement and is completely
based on domestic, Slovenian knowledge.
The state-of-the-art technology is designed to be environmentally
