Cinnamon & Walnut Delicious Donuts
Ingredients:

• ⅔ cup erythritol.
• 6 large eggs.
• ½ cup butter (melted).
• ½ cup coconut flour.
• ¼ cup almond flour.
• 1 tbsp flaxseed meal.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract.
• 1 tsp baking powder.
• 1 tsp cinnamon.
• ¼ tsp nutmeg.
• Cooking spray.

Donut Topping:

• ½ cup almond flour.


• ¼ cup walnuts (finely chopped).
• 2 tbsp butter (softened).
• 1 tbsp erythritol.

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.


• In a bowl, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, erythritol, flaxseed, baking
powder, cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
• In another bowl, mix together vanilla, eggs and melted butter until smooth. Pour
the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until combined.
• Spray a donut tray with cooking spray and evenly pour the mixture into the donut
holes and set aside.
• In a bowl, mix together the topping ingredients until a moist mixture is formed.
• Sprinkle the topping evenly over each donut and bake for 15-18 minutes until
edges are lightly browned.

Absolutely Stunning Apple Cider Delicate Donuts
Ingredients:

• 2 large eggs.
• ½ cup non-alcoholic sparkling cider.
• ½ cup coconut flour.
• ¼ cup erythritol (granulated).
• 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder.
• 1 tbsp butter (melted).
• 2 tsp baking powder.
• 1 tsp cinnamon.
• ¼ tsp xanthan gum.
• ¼ tsp nutmeg.
• Olive oil (for frying).

Donut topping:

• ¼ cup erythritol (granulated).


• 4 tbsp butter (melted).
• 1 tsp cinnamon.

Instructions:

• In a bowl, mix together coconut flour, erythritol, vanilla powder, baking powder,
cinnamon, xanthan gum and nutmeg until well combined.
• In another bowl, mix together cider, melted butter and eggs until smooth.
• Pour the cider mixture into the flour mixture, mix well until a dough is formed.
• Create six equal balls from the dough, flatten each ball until a 1” thickness is
achieved.
• In a large frying pan, heat the oil until sizzling hot; fry the donuts for 2 minutes on
each side until golden brown.
• In a small bowl, mix together the topping mixture until well combined and coat
each donut before serving.

Keto Caramel Crispy Donut Middles
Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond flour.


• 1 cup water.
• ¾ cup coconut flour.
• 1 large egg.
• 2 tbsp butter.
• 1 tsp baking powder.
• ½ tsp erythritol powder.

Donut topping:

• ¼ cup almond butter.


• 3 tbsp erythritol powder.
• 3 tbsp butter (softened).
• 2 tsp cinnamon.

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven at 190 degrees.


• In a saucepan, bring water and butter to the boil. Set aside.
• In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and erythritol
until well combined.
• Add the water and butter mixture to the flour mixture and stir in the egg until a
firm dough is formed.
• From the dough, mould 12 small balls.
• Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake the donut middles for 15-18
minutes until golden brown.
• In a bowl, make the topping by mixing erythritol powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
• In another bowl, mix together almond butter and butter until completely smooth.
• Pour the powder mixture into the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
• Dip each donut middle into the topping until completely coated.

The Chocolate Keto Donut Sensation
Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond flour.


• ¼ cup erythritol (granulated).
• ¼ cup thick cream.
• 2 large eggs.
• 4 tbsp butter (melted).
• 2 tsp baking powder.
• ½ tsp vanilla extract.
• Cooking spray.

Chocolate Topping:

• 1 ½ cup erythritol (powder).


• ½ cup water.
• ¼ cup cocoa powder.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.


• In a bowl, mix together flour, granulated erythritol and baking powder until well
combined.
• In another bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, cream and vanilla. When well
combined, pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture until a smooth batter is
formed.
• Grease a donut tray with cooking spray and pour the batter into each donut mould
hole.
• Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Set aside and allow to cool.
• In a bowl, mix together erythritol powder, cocoa, water and vanilla until smooth.
• Pour the chocolate sauce over each donut and allow to set.

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup erythritol (granulated).
• 2 tbsp thick cream.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract.
• 1 tsp lemon juice.
• 1 tsp baking powder.
• Cooking spray.

Instructions:

• Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.


• In a bowl, whisk together cream, melted butter and erythritol until smooth.
• Mix in the eggs, vanilla and lemon juice until well combined.
• Gently stir in baking powder and flour until a smooth batter is formed.
• Grease a donut tray with cooking spray and spoon in the batter.
• Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
