A useful framework for understanding the differences between people’s own images of
themselves and how others see them is the ‘Johari Window’. This model, named after its orginators Joe Luft
and Harry Igman, illustrates graphically how one’s own perceptions and those of other people overlap in some
areas while in others they fail to coincide.

Instruction
