Title: Johari’s Window

Instruction:
1. Look for individuals minimum of 5, e.g. family, friends, relatives, neighbors, etc.
2. On a piece of paper, ask them to write down their description of you, minimum of 2
descriptions. Just allow it if some descriptions are repeated.
3. Once the list is complete, group the descriptions using the four quadrants of Johari’s
window.
