WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Written communication is the exchange of information, ideas, or messages
through written language in the form of letters, emails, notes, and more.

MEMOS
Used to communicate something of immediate importance to people within a
business or organization.

REPORTS
Reports are documents designed to record and convey information to the reader.

EMAILS
Email (electronic mail) is the exchange of computer-stored messages from one
user to one or more recipients via the internet.

NON VERBAL COMMUNICATION


Nonverbal communication is the transfer of information through body language,
facial expressions, gestures, created space and more.

GESTURE
Gesture is a form of non-verbal communication in which visible bodily actions
communicate particular messages, either in place of speech or together and in
parallel with spoken words.

BODY LANGUAGE
Body language is the use of physical behavior, expressions, and mannerisms to
communicate non-verbally.

VISUAL AIDS
Visual aids are visual materials, such as pictures, charts, and diagrams, that help
people understand and remember information shared in an oral presentation.
