CHALLENGES FOR E-MOTORCYCLES INCENTIVE PROGRAM

ENTREV SUPPORT TO STRENGHTHEN E-MOTORCYCLES
ECOSYSTEM
1. Boost workshop certification at Vocational School (SMKN)/BLUD (District Public Service Agency)
• Provided Kit Conversions (including the ICE Motorcycles) to 6 SMKN in West Java
• Building Partnership with potential SMK in DKI Jakarta, West Java and Bali
• Mapping small workshop to be affiliated with certified workshops.
• Conduct lesson learn from a verified workshop (Percik) in Bali on minimalizing registration fee to get Grade A
workshop
2. Encourage a group of people to do the conversion
• Partnership with CSO – Society for Renewable Energy (SRE) to achieve 1,000 E-Motor Conversion &
Strengthen Ecosystem + public campaign (targeted group youth)
• Partnership with Hyundai Kefico (Business Entity) to implement innovative Business model for E-motorcycles
Conversion in Bali Province
3. Encourage development of Public charging/swap battery for E-Motorcycles conversion
• Create roadmap for potential location for SBPKLU/public charging for E-Motorcycles Conversion for 3 Pilot
regions
• Create financial model business study on SPBKLU
• Develop pilot Project on SPBKLU Hybrid Solar PV & Private Installation Charging Hybrid Solar PV with BBSP
