THE EFFECTS OF STRESS

(This is more like a story telling rather than “the effects of stress”)

So stress is basically a feeling that is actually good for you, but of


course having too much stress can lead to a much bigger
problem...like I do.

To begin with, one of the reasons I’m stressed is being annoyed. My


ex-friend for example. He used to be a well-behaved student and
everyone loved him but, not anymore since grade 4. Now, he is being
hated by everyone because he is now a liar, a savage, an ungrateful
person and so much more. He always annoy me almost every single
day, and by making excuses and “act” like he is inoccent while
obviously teasing me just make it worse. Like making random noises,
being cringe like a 3 year-old, making excuses when I tell him that is
is annoying and he need to stop… It’s just pure madness and seeing
him just make me go insane.

Another way I can loose my mind is school. Especially English


classes. So in the Monday’s English class, the teacher only teaches us
for 20-30 minutes even though the English class is 90-100 minutes.
And guess what, the Vietnamese teacher just opens her computer and
join a discord call then start a program called “Decentraland”. The
quality of the program is ridicilously low. The framerate is very low,
the character moves at light speed and there are some random NPCs
walking around in random directions but mostly to the “stage” where
we must control the character to the correct answer. Not only that but
the Vietnamese teacher also barely cares about anything but her
phone. On the other days, everything is fine until Friday, when the
math + science teacher comes to teach. He is quite nice but he
doesen’t really cares about any questions from the students. And most
of the questions are from me because… it doesn’t make sense, what
do you expect?

Last but not least, from my family. We just randomly argue about
something that sometimes doesn’t even make any sense. They just not
understanding properly, almost to the point when it seems like they’re
doing it on purpose. And also no one really cares about me and/or
remembering anything I say. They’re also LIARS.

Those situations not noly make me stressed but also depressed and if
you’re telling me to ask for help…just no. Because one of the things
that only depressed people understand is being told: “Just think
positively”; “Take some rest” ; “I understand” while it’s not that
simple.

Anyway, this essay is a bit off-topic but stress it a thing that depresses
me and make me lost my mind and sanity. I just hope that it will end
soon…
