When reading this topic, my amazing friend Khai immediately comes to my
mind.

Back in my first days in high school, I was lucky enough to get acquainted with
Khai in our Destination club in grade 10th, until now we've been friends for 3
years.
Our club navigates to the discussion of international integration. Khai and I,
coincidentally, both develop a big interest in Germany. After conversing in the
beginning days, we were prompted to team up. Khai’s style of working is always
admirable, he is the kind of person born to be a leader, being equipped with
deserving jealousy qualifications. He believes deeply in the power of team,
attempting to confess his compassion, authentic generosity, caring, and
commitment towards each companion. Our process of investigating Germany
gave an everlasting impression on me so much like it just happened yesterday.
Khai's delicate sight quickly embraced the goodness and forte of each member,
in terms of me, he assigned me to filter information yet interchanged and
modified with other members to complete. Honestly, that was a huge challenge, I
was familiar with my comfort zone- working alone. However, during working, Khai
was willing to assist me anytime, patiently answering my endless, verbose
questions resulting from my annoying confusion . Personally, step by step, he
helped me to grasp the safety that comes with teamwork, to be more confident, open-
minded and learn to believe in others companions.. Khai proved his role, his
encouragement promoted the creativity of individual members. Our presentation
succeeded brilliantly in thư most productive way. For 3 years studying and
working together, his leadership and direction never failed to surprise me. In the
meantime I also learn so much from him, I am now more out-going and willing to
support any of my stranger team members. Under no circumstance do I reject to
work with such a talented and enthusiastic person like Khai. Additionally, we
enrolled the same university, i cant wait to work with him down the road.
