    What I Can Do

    Imagine that you are young environmentalist. You are going to


    write a comprehensive report about a environmental issue affecting the
    Philippines and how the government is working on it. You are going to deliver this
    in youth conference for the environment. Encourage participants in the said event
    to take action to address the issue. Write your comprehensive report in your
    notebook or in a clean sheet of paper.
    The rubric below will help you evaluate your own speech.
