QUESTION 1
a) With the aid of a flowchart, determine the responsible parties to the management of an
apartment starting from the issuance of the Vacant Possession (VP) until after the
issuance of strata titles to the building, according to the Strata Management Act
(Act 757).

b) According to the new acts concerning strata development introduced on 1 June 2015, a
Strata Title will be simultaneously delivered to the purchaser upon the delivery of the
Vacant Possession (VP). Explain the process of the strata title application to achieve that
aim.
