In TEXIG, when you acquire a module, you are not purchasing one of our bots or
products; instead, you are obtaining an automated system that provides you with
various benefits within the TEXIG community. The benefits you can receive will depend
on the module you acquire and the requirements you must meet to access these
benefits.

The modules are divided into 3 categories or groups: Simple, VIP, and Premium. This
detail is relevant because VIP and Premium modules include bonuses that do not apply
to Simple modules.

When one of your referrals acquires one of these modules, you receive the percentage
that corresponds to your module of the value of the bonifiable price.
E.g. if you have a Matrix Special and your referral acquires the Founder module, you will
receive 50% of $5,000, which is the bonifiable price of the Founder.
The M-Power module does not have a selling price, as it is obtained through the
acquisition of AR, MA, and LO. Once a person acquires all three, they automatically
become an M-Power member.
The Premium, Premium Pro, and Exclusive Plus modules have a significant difference
between the selling price and the bonifiable price. This is due to an additional incentive
they offer: extensions. These modules provide a credit for extensions, allowing
individuals to open additional extensions using the module of their choice, up to the
limit of their credit.
It's important to note that extension activations do not generate direct commissions,
rank bonuses, generation bonuses, and do not qualify for receiving the 'Matching Pool'
bonus.

UPGRADE
When an upgrade (moving to a higher-level module) is performed, you earn a direct
commission on the difference needed to reach the price of the next module, minus a
$205 activation fee, as each module requires activation.
E.g. if your referral is Matrix Special and decides to upgrade to Founder SDG, the
difference would be $3,205 (selling price of the new module) minus $1,455 (amount
already paid), which equals $1,755. In this case, your referral would pay $1,755, and from
there, you would earn a direct commission percentage of $1,545 after subtracting the
$205 activation fee.

Level 2 - These are individuals recommended by your direct referrals. Every time
someone acquires a module on this level, you earn $30. If you are part of the AR-MA-LO

acquires a module on this level, you earn $20. If you are part of the AR-MA-LO program,

2 Ways to earn profits from levels 5 - 7
All sales of VIP and Premium modules

If you have a Simple module and an activation of a VIP or Premium module occurs
at any of these levels, you can benefit from the corresponding generation bonus.
Be a Manager rank or higher

If you have a Simple module and a Manager rank or higher, you qualify to earn from
these levels.

Earn up to 90% on your personal trades for each operation of your Smart Bot .

Every time your personal bot executes a selling trade, you obtain a profit, and from that
profit, a commission is deducted depending on your module.
E.g, If you have an M-Power module, for each personal profit with your Smartbot, you
keep 70%, and the 30% remaining is a fee.

Earn a percentage for each operation of the Smartbot and earn from up to 15 levels for each
robot connected to your Smartbot.
Every time a Smartbot on one of these levels earns a profit, you will receive a percentage
that depends on your module and the level it originates from.
There is no limit to the number of Smartbots that can be connected on any of these levels.
Premium - Earns commissions from 12 levels downline and pays commissions to your upline
team on 12 levels. In the case of Premium, only a 25% fee is paid, TEXIG keeps 8%, and the
rest is distributed as indicated in the table.
Premium PRO - Earns commissions from 14 levels downline and pays commissions to your
upline team on 9 levels. In the case of Premium, only a 20% fee is paid, TEXIG keeps 6%, and
the rest is distributed as indicated in the table.
Exclusive y Exclusive Plus - Earns commissions from 15 levels downline and pays
commissions to your upline team on 3 levels. In the case of Exclusive, only a 10% fee is paid,
while the upline team receives 2.5% at each level: 2.5% for level 1, 2.5% for level 2, 2.5% for
level 3, and TEXIG receives 2.5%.

Qualification
5 Direct referrals
To qualify as an Affiliate, you need to have 5 active direct referrals, which
means they must acquire a module to be considered active.

To qualify as a Partner, you need to have 10 active direct referrals, which
means they must acquire a module to be considered active. And one of
them needs to have the Affiliate rank.
PARTNER
15 Direct referrals , 2 Partner

To qualify as a Manager, you need to have 15 active direct referrals, which
means they must acquire a module to be considered active. And two of
them need to have the Partner rank.
MANAGER
60 Direct referrals , 3 Manager

To qualify as a Director, you need to have 60 active direct referrals, which
means they must acquire a module to be considered active. And three of
them need to have the Manager rank.

4. Expansion Incentive: Personal and Team
Once the Expansion Incentive bonus is qualified, the person must contact our support team
to claim it. They have 120 days to do so; otherwise, the bonus will become invalid.
AFFILIATE
Attain the Affiliate rank and earn 2 M-Power modules. These codes can only
be used in your account if you are not already an M-Power or for your direct
referrals.
PARTNER
Attain the Partner rank and earn 4 M-Power modules and 1 Matrix Special.
These codes can only be used in your account if you are not already an M-
Power or Matrix Special, and for your direct referrals.
MANAGER
Attain the Manager rank and earn 6 M-Power modules and 2 Matrix Special.
DIRECTOR
Attain the Director rank and earn 5 M-Power modules and 3 Matrix Special.
It's important to note that these incentives are earned through organic business building. If
you have one of these ranks due to the acquisition of a qualified module, it does not apply
to this incentive.

AFFILIATE
When you qualify for the Affiliate rank, for each activation of an M-Power module or
higher on any level, you receive $10, as long as no one closer to the activation has the
same or higher rank. If someone has the same rank or higher, the rank bonus is awarded
to the person closest to the activation.
PARTNER
When you qualify for the Partner rank, for each activation of an M-Power module or higher
on any level, you receive $25, as long as no one closer to the activation has the same or
higher rank. If someone has the same rank or higher, the rank bonus is awarded to the
person closest to the activation. If someone has a lower rank, then you receive the
difference of $25 - $10 (Affiliate), which is equal to $15.
MANAGER
When you qualify for the Manager rank, for each activation of an M-Power module or
same, lower, or higher rank. If someone has the same rank or higher, the rank bonus is
awarded to the person closest to the activation, and you qualify to receive a Matching
Pool bonus. If someone has a lower rank, then you receive the difference between that
rank and your own.

For each activation that takes place in the team of your direct Manager referral, you
receive the difference between $100 and $40. Your referral keeps $40, and you receive
$60.
For each activation that takes place in the team of the person with the Affiliate rank,
you receive the difference between $100 and $40.
The Affiliate keeps $10, your direct referral with the Manager rank keeps the difference

6. Matching Pool Bonus
Of all the activations of M-Power modules and above that occur in TEXIG, $4 go to the
Manager's pool, $6 to the Director's pool, $8 to the President's pool, and $10 to the
Elite's pool. The total accumulated will be distributed among all qualified individuals
equally each week.

7. VIP X Bonus
The VIP X bonuses are the multiplication of the Generation and Rank bonuses. The
multiplication of these bonuses can be x2, x3, x4, x5, x6, or x7, depending on the
module you have and the module being activated.
It's important to note that only activations of VIP or Premium modules can trigger
the multiplication of bonuses, and you only receive them in a multiplied form if your
current module is VIP or Premium.

bonuses multiplied by 2 and pays out bonuses multiplied by 2. Whenever a VIP or

Founder SDG- A Founder SDG multiplies the bonuses by 3, which means it receives

When rank and generation bonuses are multiplied and module upgrades are
performed (moving to a higher-level module), the multiplication works as follows.
Each module has a maximum multiplication limit it pays and receives. Regardless of
which module the upgrade is performed from, you will receive the difference
between the previous module and the new activation. If you have already reached
the maximum multiplication allowed by your module on the person who is
upgrading, you will not receive additional rank or generation payments for that new
activation.
E.g. You are a Founder SDG with rank Partner x3

You have a partner who activates as M-Power on your level 2. In this activation,
you receive a $25 rank bonus and a $30 generation bonus.
Then, this partner upgrades to Premium. In this new activation, you receive $25
times 2, which adds up to $50, and $30 times 2, which adds up to $60. This is
because in the first activation this partner made, you received a bonus, and your
module allows you to receive up to 3 bonuses, regardless of Premium paying times
4. The remaining difference from what you already received and your maximum of
3 is equal to 2 bonuses.
If the same partner then upgrades to other modules after Premium, you will no
longer receive any more rank or generation bonuses because you will have
reached the maximum multiplication allowed by your module to receive
payments.

AR-MA-LO Information

Sponsor of an AR MA LO
As a sponsor of an AR MA LO, the commissions and bonuses are distributed as follows:
An AR will pay you a direct commission based on the bonifiable price and will pay
simple generation bonuses to your upline up to level 7.
A MA will give you a direct commission based on the bonifiable price.
A LO will pay you a direct commission based on the bonifiable price. Additionally, it will
pay the simple rank bonus to your upline and contribute to the Matching Pool Bonus of
Manager, Director, President, and Elite.
