What is an EACS card?

An EACS Card allows Gilat approved Contractors onsite for the TAND’s and Gateways you
will be servicing.

Are there any pre-requisites for an EACS card?

Yes, you must have an active nbn enAble account, and you must assign Skybridge and Gilat
as a Delivery Partner.

How do I apply for an EACS card?

1. You are required to complete the nbn site induction training. Go to Link.
https://nbnlearning.autotechfm.com and using you enAble log in details log in.
2. If you are having issues receiving the confirmation email for the nbn Site Induction course,
please send email to support@autotechfm.com
3. The induction will take approx. 90mins to complete
4. Once completed you should receive an email “nbn Type 1 Site Induction Accreditation
Details” – this needs to be forwarded to compliance@skybridge.com.au with a clear
passport photo (passport photo requirements below)
5. Once we have the nbn Type 1 Site Induction Accreditation Details, Passport photo and the
below Table Information populated we will then forward to Gilat and to commence the
EACS application process.

The passport-style photo should adhere to the following parameters;

• Provided as a JPEG photo format
• Hair out of face, edges of face visible
• Looking straight at the camera
• No head coverings (except for religious purposes)
• No reflections on glasses or face
• Nothing obscuring the eyes
• Prescription lenses only
• No shadows or red-eye
• Must be against a white plain background
• No hands in photograph
