by answering the questions below, as follows:

1. Who are the customers of the business establishment? What kind of market segmentation that
the business establishment used?

Answer: The name of the business is “ DRAGONA FOR U!” With this, The customer or target
market of the business would be the college students of the Ateneo De Zamboanga
University. Also, The assumed age range of the target market is between 18 to 24 years old.
Moreover, The DRAGONA FOR U! would have a market segmentation based on their
customer’s gender and allowances.

2. Considering that the business establishment has existed already for more than a month now,
what kind of product/service image was inculcated on the minds of the buyers?

Answer: It’s amazing how hard and crucial it can be for a business to engrave something to its
customer. Thus, It plays an important role in a business growth and perception, meaning it can
completely make a business successful. With this, I believe that our business’s product
inculcates good and scintillating quality experiences for our customers that engrave on their
minds. To support this statement, our product shows a unique taste and concept because it
has pearls inside. Thus, it’s like a combination of milk tea and a shake.
