 GENERAL MANAGER
 A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related subject is required.
 Exceptional leadership qualities and work ethic.

 At least 4 years of experience as Supervisor/Manager.

 FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description:

 GENERAL MANAGER
 Manages the overall operations of the business.
 Oversee the several aspects or elements of the business (Finance, marketing, operations, logistics).
 Reports the overall performance of the business to the owner.
 Coordinates with the finance manager, the marketing director, the operations manager and the logistics manager.

 FINANCE MANAGER
 Provides financial advice with regards to the financial performance of the business.
 Provides guidance on the business’ investments.
 Helps the business when it comes to decision-making.
 Helps with business planning.

 BOOKKEEPER
 Monitors financial records.
 Collects and records transactions.
 File tax returns.

 MARKETING DIRECTOR
 Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product
introductions and other marketing projects.
 Develop and manage marketing budgets.

 OPERATIONS MANAGER
 Supervise, hire and in charge of training employees.
 Makes sure that the day to day production goes well and orderly.

 COOK

 Receiving payments and providing receipts, gift-wrapping gifts, and keeping track of all cash and card transactions
are among the tasks. Process sales transaction.
 Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals. To be successful in this position, you should have past customer
service experience and a thorough understanding of how cash registers work.
 SECURITY OFFICER
 Regularly inspect and patrol the premises, monitor the property entry, permit persons and vehicles to enter, aid
those in need, and provide reports of daily surveillance activities and suspicious behavior.

 LOGISTICS MANAGER
 Supervises the movement, the distribution and storage of supplies and materials.
 In charge of supervising and monitoring the delivery routes.

 DRIVER/DELIVERY GUY
 Arranging, regular cleaning and maintain of vehicle. Collects items and are the ones who will transport the
collected items they also plan the best route for smooth and safe travel.
