GENERAL MANAGER
Is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a business or organization including
statistics planning, financial management, and team leadership. They are typically in charge of
setting goals, managing budgets and ensuring that the company operates efficiently and
effectively.
BOOKKEEPER
Is a service professional who helps business owners and companies keep track of the money
they earn and spend. They prepare your account, document daily financial transactions and
ensure compliance with applicable standards.
FLOOR MANAGER
An individual who oversees the operation and staff on a specific floor or areas within a
business.
HEAD WAITER
The person in charge of coordinating and supervising the waitstaff in a restaurant or dining
establishment.
WAITER/WAITRESS
A professional who works in restaurants, bars, hotels and other food-serving and drinking
establishments. they also ensure guest have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar
customer services. They greet guest, take an meal orders and ensure smoothy communication
between the dining area and kitchen.
TEAM LEADER
A person who guides and motivates a group of individuals towards achieving a common goal
or objective.
DESIGNER
Someone who creates and plans the visual aspects of product, projects, or places. And also,
manage on what design could be in on events and etc.
