REFLECTIVE ESSAY

For my own experience and knowledge the exercise that we perform may helps our body to build muscles.
Russian twist, hip raises, heel touch, plank kicks and flutter kicks are some of abdominal exercises that we
execute. All off them are intentionally enhancing our upper body to be balance, improve our mobility and
build our upper body muscles. We also perform some intervals that may helps to control our duration and
may also provides some rest that may help our other muscles in our body. Its important to do some
cooldown to reduce some injury or body pain and also helps to regulate our blood flow , last of all we
need to do the proper inhale and exhale to increase our oxygen levels and get the diaphragm to return to
its job to help us breath normally after we execute or perform any kind of exercises.
