Concocting Mixtures: Ice Cream making

Activity 1: I Scream for Ice Cream


Ingredients:
• Ziplock bag: 1pc for 1L and 1 pc for 500ml
• Condense milk
• All purpose creams
• Spoons
• Salt and ice
• Toppings and flavourings
• Plastic gloves
Instruction:
1. Put the ice and salt in the 1L Ziplock bag.
2. In the 500ml Ziplock, mix in the all-purpose cream and the condense milk.
3. Stir in the flavourings and lock the bag.
4. Once secured, put the cream mixture in the 1L Ziplock bag.
5. Continue to shake, until the ice cream sets.
6. After the ice cream sets, add your toppings.
