BACKGROUND
SGHV1's Doughnulicious was developed by a group of 12 in
Lakeview Integrated School pupils in Grades 6 through SGHV1
who are all enrolled in Mr. Welfrefo De Paz's class for
Technology and Livelihood Education. This company is known
as SGHV1's Doughnulicious because we sell and manufacture
mini size of doughnuts that is unique and attractive for the
childrens. The original idea to sell mini size of doughnuts was
conceived by one of our members. Therefore, we made the
decision to make bread flour the main ingredient in the goods.
Lakeview Integrated School children are the intended market for
mini doughnuts.

BUSINESS
BACKGROUND
BUSINESS BACKGROUND
• While food resembling doughnuts has been found
at many ancient sites, the earliest origins to the
modern doughnuts are generally traced back to the
olykoek (“oil(y) cake”) Dutch settlers brought with
them to early New York (or New Amsterdam).

• Doughnuts are deep-fried cakes with a long

European history and roots in still earlier Middle
Eastern cuisine. They were introduced to America
by the Dutch in New Netherlands to America as
oliekoecken (oil cakes or fried cakes). Made of
yeast dough rich in eggs and butter, spices, and
dried fruits, their sweetness came from the fruit and
the final dusting of sugar.

PLAN
IV. MARKETING PLAN
• PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
The products that we offer are different variants of doughnuts. At the beginning
we offer flavors such as cheese, chocolate and plain.

• TARGET MARKET
The market classification for our company is very diverse and includes fans of
mini donuts. However, we currently serve Lakeview Integrated School's Grade 6
students and teachers our product. However, the market near the campus will be
our initial focus, particularly junior high school LIS students. Next, we'll try to
offer them alternate snacks in the vicinity of the senior high school.

CONCLUSION
One thing is certain in business: if your store is strategically
located to reach the target market and you have a high-quality
product, you will always draw customers, which will lead to
higher sales.

We have been able to objectively evaluate the production of

snack foods and assess our market opportunities because we
can forecast our sales for the upcoming months and years
based on net profit.

Since we can forecast our sales based on our net earnings for
the upcoming months and years, we have been able to
objectively assess the production of snack foods and assess
our market chances to succeed. Consequently, if the
opportunity to partner arises, we are confident that we can
give the food industry fierce competition.
