The Company and Management


Maple Mushy was conceptualized on 23rd of February, 2023, being manage by 7
students of OLLC - Senior High School, Brgy. GTDL, Valenzuela City.

Our Product
We offer a pancake for any type of occasions. We will serve comfort food that is
consistently excellent in quality appealing to every people that can melt their heart.

Our Competitive Advantages


Perfect pancakes will also offer a diverse range of products to suit every customer needs
and widening out target market further, for example different toppings, flavors, shape of
the pancake etc. Being unique and creativity is added to our business.

Financial Consideration
Our gross sales projection for the first year is PhP190,000.00 with a growth of 10% over
the preceding year, on the third year we project a 50% gross margin and have a 5 full-
time employees. The salary for each employee is the minimum required by the labor law.
Start-up Financing Requirements
We are able to raise a seed fund worth PhP 529.00, as contribution from the 7 students as our
start-up capital. We are seeking to raise PhP 50,000.00 through loan as revolving capital to
finance the first year of operation.

Market Opportunity
As the doors opens for business opportunity from the restrictions of the havoc
of pandemic, food is of the very necessity of all.

II. Study Background

Study background
My friends and I came up with the idea of starting a business together. Why not start a
business that people will enjoy? Out of boredom, one of us suggested selling some
waffles with a unique twist that people might enjoy. And that we came up with business-
building ideas. We began with the name of our future company, and since it is waffle, we
thought it would be Maple Mushy.

MAPLE MUSHY is started from OLLC in Valenzuela a food service business providing
pancakes related products which are unique with great flavors. Pancakes will be offered
with a variety of flavors, sizes, styles, and toppings. Product quality is critical in the food
industry. We will ensure product quality through the use of fresh ingredients, sale of only
fresh, hot and tasty pancakes. Innovations are also a goal of the company. One way which
this will be accomplished is through creating new flavors of pancakes, a variety of sizes,
and different attractive designs.

The business aims to be unique compared to other pancake houses. Aside from being
unique, it has an affordable price which will benefit customers with a tight food budget.
We will offer sweet and great tasting pancake for everyone to enjoy. It is a business
dedicated to providing high-quality desserts in a comfortable atmosphere for clients who
seek a fun for gourmet experience outside restaurants. It is an innovative business that
will provide delicious and affordable pancakes with a variety of toppings or fillings.
