INTRODUCTION

This proposal is made to serve as our marketing plan for our company's suggested name,

SHEEZE STICKS. In the subject ENTREPRENEURSHIP. Students love a snack that is budget

friendly and is consumable at any time of the day. That is why Sheeze Sticks brings you a

delicious cheesy snack that everybody will love for it’s cheap and delicious trait. We came up

with this business concept because we believe that many students will buy our goods since many

students may be hungry in between their classes. Sheeze Sticks are a form of food that may be

consumed at any time of day.

Sheeze Stix Business is a company of young, ambitious entrepreneurs from Leyte

National High School in Tacloban City. The company provides a cheesy snack in addition to a

low-cost product. We strive to give our clients with high-quality items and outstanding service.

Sheeze Sticks is not a big company, but rather a home-made product. We have a high-quality

product that is also reasonably priced. Deep-fried cheese sticks are made of sliced cheese

wrapped in a spring roll wrapper. This is not the same as Mozzarella sticks, although they do

share one feature: both cheese sticks and mozzarella sticks are crispy on the exterior and soft on

the inside.

Sheeze sticks does not have an establishment nor a store for the reason that our team will roam

around the school premises to sell our product. Although we only have one specific location and

that is at Lino Gonzaga Avenue, Leyte National High School Tacloban City.
Sheeze Sticks is a Partnership type of business that its stockholders created and ran, the owners,

Fujiko May Guillemer and Jerssene Fhaye Pariño are the ones who run the business alongside

with Jessy Cortezano who is the assigned manager and lastly, John Dell Danday and Lyza

Ablegas as the cooks.

This business venture's primary goal is to build Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and

Customer Lifetime Value. that explains the reasons a firm operates well. this business aims to

provide satisfaction to customers by providing them a delectable snack that they will never

forget. Identifying the components of the marketing mix, often known as the 7Ps, is another

important goal of this marketing plan such as PRODUCT, PRICES, PROMOTION, PLACE,

PACKAGING, POSITIONING, and PEOPLE.

The company will be financed by our own investments, which were obtained from the

funds we personally collected to enable this firm to run smoothly.

After the successful launch of Sheeze Sticks, We will open a store and eventually grow it to

include two or more branches. Sheeze Sticks is committed to developing a hygienic product that

can be trusted and will increase food sales in order to become the industry's top product

throughout Tacloban city.

II. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

The main objective of Sheeze Sticks is to offer a cheesy snack at a budget friendly price. We aim

to provide satisfaction to our customers with a high-quality product and excellent service. We

believe this is a fantastic concept, especially given that many students need food, particularly

after class. Because of its tasty and inexpensive nature, the product will undoubtedly succeed.

Sheeze Sticks' target market is within Leyte National High School because of the vast number of

students and teachers that would be our prospective customers.

Students of various ages can use our product. Our target customers are students and teachers

who enjoy hand-picked snacks such as cheese sticks. Owing to their hectic school schedules,

they can now readily get food within the school grounds. Rest assured that our service is equal

and open to all. We will roam around the school premises in selling our product. this will be

beneficial especially for the students as they won’t leave their classrooms to purchase our

product. This method ensures that the product delivered is fresh and of excellent quality.

Sheeze Sticks' legal structure is a Partnership with three or more participants. In this scenario,

Jessy, Fujiko, Aj, Lyza, and Jerssene will operate the business. Since our business is small, our

assistants will be limited to five people: a dishwasher, a treasurer, a cook, and packing

employees. The workers will be trained to complete their specific tasks in order to enhance their

skills. The income received by the workers is the result of their day's work. their payment is

dependent on the work they do.


Using a simple visual representation that is easy to understand and remember,

logos help to symbolize a certain organization or firm.

Our cheese sticks' savory and delicious flavor is represented by the cheese icon on

the logo. the entire logo is a representation of the character of our cheese sticks. the

color yellow represents the pleasure of consuming the product.And lastly, the

origin of the name comes from the well known slang “sheesh” which is commonly

used by the modern generation and then we combined it with the name cheese stick

leading to the outcome of the name “Sheeze Sticks”


IV. PRODUCTION PLAN

This production plan details the company's production schedule, procedure, necessary

equipment, supplies, and anticipated production costs. This will also demonstrate how cheese

sticks are created.

1. Product Schedule

A.) Demand for the Product

The most popular snacks among Filipinos that may be eaten at any hour of the day include

cheese sticks. Cheese sticks are popular among students as it is a handpicked food that is known

for its affordable price. Cheese sticks is a block of cheese wrapped in spring roll paper and it is

deep fried, melting the cheese resulting it to be very crispy and delicious.

B.) Availability of Resources

The primary ingredients in cheese sticks are spring roll wrappers and cheese. Spring roll

wrappers are typically found in supermarkets, but if we want them for a significantly lower price

and better quality, we should go to the Tacloban City Local Market. While the cheese ingredient

can also be found at the local market, for it is more convenient to get all of our supplies in one

place.
Daily Production Schedule

4:00 – 7:00 AM The preparation of the ingredients and

the process of combining the ingredients

together for it to be ready to fry.

7:00 – 9:00 AM Deep frying the ready-made cheese

2. Production process
PRODUCT QUALITIES

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.


CHEESE STICK 2. Combine all the ingredients except egg
and oil.
3. Cook in low-medium heat, cook until it
becomes a paste.
4. When the filling is already cooked, set
aside.
5. Get a piece of wrapper and then 1 tsp. of
cheese filling then spread evenly.
6. Fold and secure it with the use of an egg
white.
7. Let your cooking oil heat up for a few
minutes.
8. Deep fry the cheese stick until it results
to a golden brown color.
3. Processing Tools and Equipment

These are necessary tools and equipment for the production of our products. These are only a

handful of the various tools and equipment used, but they are the most important ones for

completing the manufacturing process.

The raw materials and inventory were anticipated to cost around Php 800 in our pre-feasibility

plan. As a result, we anticipate that the daily manufacturing cost of the company will range

between Php 500 and Php 1,000, after accounting for all raw materials used. If the daily labor of

the workers is included, the daily manufacturing cost will rise to Php 2500. These daily

manufacturing expenses are anticipated for days with a typical number of consumers.

Cheese is an excellent example of "mood food," or food that improves your mood. As a

result, our product will supply cheese fans with this improved snack that will

immediately make you happier. Our product also has this method, which adds more

delectable taste and provides an inexpensive value. It may be a fantastic appetizer that is

crispy on the exterior and soft on the inside, or it can be a snack by dipping the cheese

sticks in a mayonnaise and ketchup mixture. Because cheese is commonly used to

improve flavor, the cheesy flavors remain and enhance the flavor of the product.

Our product is of great quality and comes at an affordable price of 5.00 Php It offers a

reasonable fee that everybody may pay in order to capture our clients' attention and

happiness.

 Promotion

A.) Advertising - Advertising is a form of marketing that enables us to market a product,

boost sales, enhance awareness of the product, and promote the business. It may also be used

to inform the public and grab their attention. Flyers can be a excellent approach to promote

your goods.
B.) Social media - We'll use as one of our primary methods of product promotion. They

will have access to fast browsing on our website, and we may immediately unveil our

offering via social media. Businesses can utilize social media to interact with customers

and disseminate information in a welcoming way.

 Place

When starting a business, one of the most significant factors is the location. The location

should be central to the target clients and a popular public walk-in area. The Sheeze

Sticks company will be located on the campus of Leyte National High School, in the

Gabaldon Building.

 Packaging

For our packaging, we shall use disposable materials. The dish will be presented on a

hotdog silver plate, and clients who prefer not to eat with their hands will be provided

with a toothpick.

 Positioning

Employees and students who prefer quick meals are among our consumers. Because they

already have jobs and classes, they may now buy any street food they desire. The

corporation has no choice in its clientele because all customers receive the same degree

of service. Cheeze Stick provides a variety of appetizing snacks at competitive prices and

excellent quality standards. It also positioned itself as an environmentally friendly brand.

 People
Given that we only have five employees and that our firm is small. Everyone will have

adequate work opportunities. Each of our employees will be assigned a job, such as

selling cheese sticks, and so on. A cook and a dishwasher will also be part of the culinary

crew. We all participate to the preparation of the cheese, wrappers, and other components

that go into manufacturing the final product by assisting one another.
