Report Condition Dedusting Fan of Mill 2

Introduction
As the motor of this fan burned and replace it with repaired motor, high vibration was observed
as in table 1 where misalignment was observed also and after correct it the vibration it reduced
but still high in vertical side of motor and horizontal side in fan bearings as shown in table 2
where the balancing job was done and the results shown in Table 3.
The vibration in vertical side of motor still high and we do special test for shock absorber and
replace them under motor and the vibration become as shown in table 4

On 16.09.2023 Laser alignment checking was done and the result as following:

• As vibration readings in bearings fan balancing was done where 40 grams added in 298 degree
the vibrations decrease in fan bearings without any improvements in motor bearings:
