Jared Joseph Leto (born December 26, 1971)

is an American actor, musician and singer. He is one of the most


diverse actors of his generation. From his amazing role in My So
Called Life to his secondary role in Fight Club to his best roles in
psychedelic films like Requiem for A Dream and Mr. Nobody, and
finally to his incredible roles in independent films like Dallas Buyers
Club. Jared Leto is a true chameleon, a rare specimen of actors!

Jared may have started out as an actor, but he is a


true musician at heart. He took a break from his
acting for a while to focus on his band 30 Seconds to
Mars. The band is now one of the biggest in the world
and is hugely celebrated.

Leto is known for the fact that he never ages. It seems that
he has a really powerful routine. He weaks up really early in
the morning. He has a shower at 5.30 am and he starts his
workout routine. He does exercise every single day. In
addition, he goes to yoga classes twice a week and he also
goes cycling or takes his dog for a walk every night.

His vegan diet is a really important aspect in his life. He


always has breakfast at 5 am every morning. He has lunch
with his mother and then, he goes to work by car. He usually
makes dinner because he really likes cooking. He goes to
bed at 9.30 pm and he relaxes at last.
During the weekends, he also has a busy routine. He plays
tennis every Saturday and he practises surfing with his
friends. Leto is a very energetic person. He is amazing.
