It can be difficult managing a work
relationship with a colleague. What
can I say, what can I not say? If they
are distracting me from my work
how can I tell them to stop without
upsetting them? (I have tried to be
firm before but it resulted the
person continually asking me why I
don't like them anymore. Then
ignoring me. Then being upset. Then
being of work) It worries me that
the things I do or say might knock
