Gerry's Gym was founded in 2010 by fitness enthusiasts Gerry and Angela Williams. What started as a
small fitness center in downtown Boston has grown into a chain of full-service gyms serving
communities across the United States.

Most of our branches are open 24/7, providing flexibility for our members to work out at any time that

community. Gerry, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, is passionate about helping people
achieve their fitness goals. Angela, a former professional athlete, brings her expertise in strength and

A: Yes, at Gerry's Gym we offer a 3-day free trial for all new

Q: I’ve never been to a gym before – is this for me?


A: Absolutely! Gerry's Gym caters to all fitness levels, from
beginners to advanced athletes. We recommend that beginners
take advantage of our orientation tour and personal training
session. This will give you an understanding of our gym layout,
equipment use, and general gym etiquette.

Q: What should I bring to my first visit?

A: You should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a


water bottle. We also recommend bringing a towel for your
comfort during the workout. Lockers are provided for personal
belongings.

Q: What fitness level do I need to join?

A: There’s no prescribed fitness level required to join Gerry's


Gym. We accommodate and encourage all fitness levels and
abilities. If you have health concerns, we advise you to consult
with your physician before starting any new fitness program.

Q: Will there be staff at the gym?

A: Yes, unlike 24/7 gyms, Gerry's Gym always has staff on hand
to assist you, answer questions, and ensure the safe use of our
equipment.

Q: I am pregnant. Can I still attend classes?

A: Yes, we offer prenatal fitness classes designed specifically for


pregnant women. Please consult with your doctor before starting
any exercise program during pregnancy.
Q: Can I bring my child into the gym while I workout?

A: For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the gym floor
area. However, we do provide a supervised child-care area for
members' use.

Q: How old do I have to be to join?

A: Members must be 16 years or older to join Gerry's Gym.

A: You can cancel any booked class up to 24 hours before the


class without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to
show for the class, a nominal fee will be charged.
Q: How far in advance can I book classes?

A: You can book classes up to two weeks in advance. This


allows you to schedule your workouts and secure spots in your
favourite classes.

Q: Can I attend multiple branches of Gerry's Gym?

A: Yes, your membership allows access to all branches of


Gerry's Gym.

Q: What do I do if I hurt myself?

A: If you sustain an injury while working out, please inform our


staff immediately. They are trained to handle such situations and
will provide necessary assistance.

A: Memberships at Gerry's Gym offer you access to all our
facilities and classes. We have different membership plans to suit

Q: How much do personal training (PT) sessions cost?

A: Our personal training packages vary based on the number of


sessions purchased. Here's a breakdown:

• Single Session: $60


• 5 Session Package: $275 ($55/session)
• 10 Session Package: $500 ($50/session)
• 20 Session Package: $900 ($45/session)
Please note that these sessions are one-on-one with a certified
personal trainer who will create a customized workout plan for
you.

Q: How do I book a PT session?

A: PT sessions can be booked through the Gerry's Gym app or


website. Just select your preferred trainer, date, and time slot.
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is
successful.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my PT session?

A: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least


24 hours before your session, you will not be charged. If you
cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged the
full session fee.

Q: Can I choose my personal trainer?

A: Yes, you can choose your personal trainer based on their


specializations, schedules, and ratings. We provide a detailed
profile of our trainers on our website to help you make your
decision.

Q: I am not seeing results with my current personal trainer, what


should I do?

A: Open communication is key to a successful PT-client


relationship. We encourage you to discuss your concerns with
your trainer. If you still wish to change trainers, please contact
our customer service team and they will assist you.

Q: Can I share my PT sessions with a friend?

A: Personal Training sessions are designed for one-on-one


instruction. For safety reasons and to ensure that you receive the
full benefit of your session, we do not permit sessions to be
shared.
