Study the graph below and answer the questions that follow.

1.1 Name the product that Fred manufactures. (2)


1.2 What is the value of Fred’s fixed expenses? (2)
1.3 i) What is the point called where Fred’s income will be equal to his
expenses. (2)
ii) Determine the amount of toys Fred needs to manufacture so that his
income will be equal to his expenses. (2)
1.4 What will Fred’s income be if he sells 30 toys. (2)
1.5 Calculate Fred’s profit if he sells 30 toys. Use the following formula:
