B. Make-up Tests
1. No make-up will be given for missed quizzes and seatworks.
2. Make-up for missed long tests may be given within one week upon return of the student and presentation of the make-up
form signed by the parents. In case the student fails to take the make-up within the given period, the corresponding grade
in the quarterly examination will serve as the grade for the missed long test.

C. Formative Assessments
Formative assessments will be given in the form of but not limited to drills, recitation, board work, seat works and assignments.

D. Online Activities
1. To maximize student’s learning, students are expected to:
a. Bring everyday a fully charged e-gadget authorized by the school.
b. Check LSGH Gmail Account / Learning Management System (LMS) for assignments, activities, and/or
announcements daily.
2. All materials uploaded in the Learning Management System (Ranger 360) and LSGH GMAIL are owned by the school.
Thus, unauthorized use of or tampering with these materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Students may be given online-based activities in case of class suspension or cancellation.

*Note: No make-up will be given for any missed assessment during online learning session that is used to offset class
suspension.
