Developed a bioethical literature review for KAT clinical guidelines, developed preliminary
ethical analysis for pursuing KAT in active clinical cases with Dr. Milthiadis Moreau
2022 Bioethicist, Clinical Guidelines for the Administration of Psilocybin for Treatment-Resistant
Depression, Institut Universitaire en Santé Mentale de Montréal
Developed a critical bioethical review of the clinical protocol and standard of practice guide in
the clinical implementation of psilocybin therapy for the treatment of treatment-resistant
depression in collaboration with Dr. Milthiadis Moreau
Participated in practical bioethics activities within McGill University Health Centre and Jewish
General Hospital in Montréal including participating in IRB/REB meetings, academic and grand
rounds, research ethics consultations, and clinical ethics symposia
Developed bioethics research on harm reduction approaches towards paediatric patients using
drugs. Participated in departmental activities including clinical case consultations, academic and
grand rounds, IRB meetings, and hospital ethics policy development.
Assisted Professor Waheeda Amien (Department of Public Law) in research related to legal
pluralism, gender equality, feminist legal philosophy, and religious family law.
Led policy projects and managed advocacy teams for drug policy reform at the university, local
and state level, including harm reduction and health initiatives, legalization, and ending mass
incarceration and racism in drug law enforcement
Conducted policy research, literature review and stakeholder mapping for a broad range of
clients in sectors including healthcare, affordable housing, pharmaceuticals, technology,
renewable energy, and cannabis.
