Alert on the responsibility given by employer. Report and discuss problem encounter at the site with team so everybody knows what is happening at each site. Provide regular progress update on the job with the team to ensure technical team on the same page with management. 2. Learn how to tackle and solve problem. Must know how to address problem encounter at site with coworker. Give idea and proactive when brainstorming on how to solve the problem encounter. Learn how thing work and figure the efficient ways of working. 3. Practice to speak up and give opinion. Always think the efficient way for team to working faster. Suggest team arrangement at side by dividing job and test based on the individual abilities when job required to finish fast. Otherwise, must ensure all team member rotate each task to prevent tiredness from 1 task.
