Depending on your pump, you will need to check how much time equates
to how much detergent.

Step 3. Relay Mode

Check that the correct pump operates in LQC2 mode.

Coin Box Installation
Install the coin box assembly as

below sequence.
Disassemble the drawer (dispenser), control panel assembly, and top plate assembly.
Assemble coin box to top plate and insert the holder to the hole of side frame (3ea).
Hook up the coin harness to holders carefully (prevent harness from touching the drum).
Connect harness to provided connectors.

Reassemble top plate assembly, control panel assembly, and drawer (dispenser).

Stacking Installation
Stacking kit is
provided in the
upper dryer.
(Loc No.A600
Silver: AGF30609833)
Before stacking, users need to secure enough space for the product,
Including height, and make sure the floor is evened out.
Install sliding brackets on lower machine (Take note of right/left brackets).
Secure brackets, then remove Control Panel and Top Plate.
Secure brackets on Top Plate and Front Frame, then reassemble Top Plate (Do not reassemble Control
Panel yet).

Disassemble Control Panel for upper dryer, then assemble the coin selectors on the Panel.
Remove Lower Panel and install it on to Top Frame. Remove legs and its brackets.
Screw the sliding brackets on the base, then stack the machines. Fit the sliding brackets in the slots.
Secure the machines by installing back bracket. Secure bracket on Front Frame of upper dryer.
Assemble security lock to Front Frame with key. Connect coin selectors and display harness.

Reassemble the Control Panels. Assemble security locks to both machines with key.

Unstacking Guide
You may need to unstack machines to perform service on the lower machine.
Please follow the below guide to unstack the upper dryer.
1. Make sure you have enough room to 2. Unscrew 6 screws on the back bracket
work with the machines and unstack them.
3. Slide the machine so the 4 Sliding Pads line up with the 4 Stacking Bracket entrances on both sides.
The back of the upper dryer should line up with the Top Plate of the bottom machine.
4. Lift the upper dryer straight up with two people and put it down gently.
Perform necessary work, and stack the machines again in reverse order.

WATER INLET = ½ or ¾ inch (PPR Pipe)

Titan Dryer Exhaust Pipe: 6”/152.4mm DRAINAGE LINE = 4 inch/101.6mm main (PVC)
Titan Washer Drainage: 1.97”/50mm

“Do-Not” Recommendation List
1. Do not use wrinkled/ribbed exhaust pipes
2. Do not use exhaust ducts that are too long

3. Do not have exhaust pipes that are kinked
(too many bends or squished)
4. Do not use non-metallic exhaust pipes
5. Do not have reduced air flow due to clogged vent/lint filter
6. Do not neglect maintenance (lint filter, exhaust duct, etc.)

Dryer Power Cord Installation
Power Cord Installation (North America)
Remove the terminal access cover. Install UL-listed strain relief into power cord hole.
Giant Elec Dryer (4 wire)
Transfer dryer’s ground wire to center screw of terminal block.

Then attach the black & red wires as shown.
Attach power cord ground wire to (green) ground wire screw.
Attach the black & red wires, and the neutral to the center screw of terminal as shown.
Attach power ground wire to (green) ground wire screw.
Close the access cover.

Gravity Drain Guide
Take caution when installing Gravity Drain type Titan washer.

The height of drain pipe/hose should not be higher than the drain outlet.

washer’s drain outlet. This may
lead to Main PCB burnout with
SUdS error code.

Leg Stopper
Leg Stopper Installation

To reduce gap between legs and floor, use leg stoppers
Parts:
Non-skid Pads
Leg Stopper
Step 1. Place non-skid pads under where legs will be, then place leg stoppers
Step 2. Perform diagonal test to balance machine

- Put weight in drum and run spin
- Rock machine diagonally to check shaking
- If machine shakes, adjust leg height using wrench
Check for shaking
