Fidget Toy Crochet Pattern

by OmazingpaigeCreations
What I used:
- Red heart brand yarn (4.0 weight).
- Size 3.0mm crochet hook
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- 9 Pony Beads
- 1 inch Key Chain Clip Hooks (I got mine on amazon)

Stitches in this Pattern:

- ch = chain (yarn over, pull through loop)
- R = row
- FHDC = yarn over, insert hook, yarn over, pull through (3 loops on
your hook) yarn over and pull through the first loop (2 loops left on
your hook), yarn over, pull through the last 2 loops)
- Sc = insert hook, yarn over, pull through, yarn over pull through the 2
loops on your hook
- st = stitch

The toy
R1: Start with a slip knot then chain 3, yarn over and insert your hook into
the 3rd chain from the hook, yarn over, pull through (should be 3 loops on
your hook), yarn over and pull through the first loop (should have 3 loops
left on your hook) yarn over and pull through the remaining 3 loops. (this is
a FHDC)
Now slip a pony bead onto your hook, over the loop that is on your hook.
Then FHDC into the previous stitch you just made. Do this by yarning over,
inserting your hook into the previous FHDC stitch you just did, yarn over
pull through (there should be 2 loops then a bead then another loop on
your hook), yarn over, pull through the first loop, then yarn over and pull
through the loop, bead and last loop on your hook.

Repeat the
steps **FHDC with no bead, FHDC with a bead** until you have 9 beads on
your project. Make sure you end with a FHDC (NO BEAD).

Once you reach this point make 10 more FHDC (no beads). This will be the
part you loop over a ring.
R2: ch1, and turn, sc along the top of the toy until you reach the end

R3: Repeat R2 until you reach the last stitch, in the last stitch place 2sc,
1sc in the next stitch, then 2sc in the next stitch until you are on the other
side of the toy.

R4: Place a sc in each stitch down the side until you reach the end, fasten
off and weave in the ends with a crochet needle.
The Ring
Place the key ring on the side with the 10 FHDC you made and fold it over.
Cut off a piece of your yarn and use the crochet needle to sew the end
closed and weave in the end.
